You understand that outdoor activities entail known and unknown risks that could result in injury.  Risks include, but are not limited to, slipping, falling, sprains/bone breaks, water hazards, exhaustion, exposure to temperature and weather extremes, sunburn, dehydration, exposure to wild animals, insect bites, tick bites and tick-borne illnesses, hazardous plant life including poison ivy, and your own physical condition.  You expressly agree to accept and agree to all risks associated with this activity.  You agree to accept responsibility for your (and your children’s) safety and well-being. You certify that you and your family have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage you may cause or suffer while participating, or else you agree to bear the costs of any injury or damage yourself. Knowing these risks, you certify that you are willing to assume the risk of any medical or physical condition you may have. Your participation in this activity is voluntary, and you elect to participate in spite of the risks. Therefore, by attending any walk, you voluntarily release, discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emily Gibson from any and all harm, injuries, claims, demands or causes of action which may be connected to your participation in this activity. Additionally, engaging in nature or sound therapy sessions with Emily Gibson does not denote an ongoing therapeutic relationship.
